The Sr. Application Consultant is a consulting position within Kinaxis’s Professional Services, Innovation and Data Science Services (IDS) organization, collaborating with product management to develop delivery assets that facilitate transition from growth to launch for innovative applications. The incumbent will provide leadership on new innovation applications and consulting services during deployment of these applications, leveraging advanced knowledge of the product and supply chain industry trends and best practices to achieve desired outcomes.

This role is at the intersection of RevOps, data, and engineering, ideal for someone who thinks in systems and builds for scale. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to build and automate the Go-To-Market stack, drive high-precision reporting and forecasting, and embed intelligence into how the revenue teams operate.

The Customer Success Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Sift's revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions. This analyst will partner with Sift teams and client counterparts to help identify, develop, and deliver insights that drive results. The Customer Success Data Analyst will also contribute to internal initiatives, leveraging their subject matter expertise to support reporting, performance measurement.
